Outlet description
This outlet is in a small 'room' that is connected to alleyways. This would be an ideal place to have a gathering for music or video, as it is near downtown, but hidden enough to avoid some privacy, although exits could be closed off easily. I reccomend a puppet show, cops wouldn't shut down a puppet show, would they?
